Fidelity Assessment
The CPP fidelity assessment process is a critical quality control and improvement activity.
To ensure fidelity during implementation, the program has developed robust mechanisms and strategies. Comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided to individuals and agencies offering CPP.
The fidelity assessment process:
Establishes whether trained Group Leaders are delivering the parenting group as intended
Helps Group Leaders understand what they are doing well
Provides feedback to grow in the role of a CPP Group Leader
Is required for CPP Group Leader certification
Please contact us prior to submitting any recordings to make a plan for assessment.
How It Works
-
Record
Group leaders audio-record each of the twelve 2-hour parenting sessions and upload the digital files weekly to a secure internet site.
-
Review
Our CPP team, trained in fidelity assessment, will listen to a selection of your audio recordings and rate them using the CPP Fidelity Checklist.
-
Report
Group Leaders and, if desired, site administration will receive written reports from the CPP Fidelity Checklist. CPP fidelity assessments are required for CPP Group Leader Certification.
